There are a wide variety of activities and sports available at your local health and well being centre at Five Rivers so why not come along to find out what is on offer!
We have a superb, brand new, fully equipped gym and instructors on hand to help out with your workout programmes and a swimming pool with a large number of different sessions – from lane swimming to swimfit, inflatable fun to swimming lessons.
Why not book a squash court, or badminton court for a casual hit with friends or a game of table-tennis to relive your youth! We’ve also got a brand new sports hall with two 5-a-side football pitches available.
If you’d prefer to get fit with others then we have many different exercise classes to cater for everyone. You could get involved in pilates or yoga, try something more intense like circuits or group cycling or something completely different like kettlebells or boot camp!
The offer at each centre varies but if you’re looking to get a bit fitter, lose some weight or train for an event then you’ll be able to find something to suit you. We also have beginner classes to help you get underway and instructors to support you in the gym.
