Tai Chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. Studies have shown that Tai Chi can help people aged 65 years and over to reduce stress, improve posture, balance and general mobility, and increase muscle strength in the legs.
Everyone is welcome and it is free to all.
Sessions take place every Tuesday morning between 10.30am and 11.30, commencing 10th October 2017 at the Leg Club, Salisbury Rugby Club, Castle Rd, SP1 3SA
