Starting a conversation about end of life care

NHS Wiltshire Clinical Commissioning Group and Wiltshire Council want to know what local people think is important for end of life care. This will help them to develop their implementation plan for the end of life strategy. Healthwatch Wiltshire are helping to gather these views.

We are holding 3 public events across the county. This is your chance to share your views and find out more about end of life care in Wiltshire.

Thursday 24th November 2016 2-4pm – Salisbury Methodist Church, St Edmund’s Church St, Salisbury, SP1 3EF

Tuesday 29th November 2016 2-4pm – The Memorial Hall, Station Road, Royal Wootton Bassett, SN4 8EN

Wednesday 30th November 2016 10am -12 – St Margaret’s Hall, St Margaret’s Street, Bradford on Avon, BA15 1DE
