Music Connect is for all children and young people involved in music making and for the practitioners, schools, tutors, organisations, parents and carers who support them.
We want to help people find out what’s going on and where, and to feel excited and make connections through a whole range of inspirational performances and events in which to participate, learn, share and debate.
The Music Connect programme will include the many hugely diverse performances taking place in the county’s arts venues, youth settings and schools across the summer.
Working with Wiltshire Music Connect’s Associates and Partners, it will present a series of unique events and opportunities, focussing on areas of strategic interest, including progression routes for singing, innovative practice in supporting children and young people with disabilities and a dynamic, myth busting panel debate on developing a career in the Music Industry.
We will be sharing much more information about the programme very soon but in the meantime please let us know if you have an event or performance happening in June and July so we can add it to the programme listings. If your event is taking place later in year, please still let us know so we can signpost people to future events and opportunities.
