Let the Wiltshire Music Education Hub know what music tuition you provide to young people
One of the purposes of Music Education Hubs is to bring together the full range of music providers who are working in a hub area. We’re asking for the help of all Wiltshire’s Music Providers to gather data about the numbers of young people they’re working with, including ‘Other Providers’. ‘Other Providers’ means any individual or organisation who is providing musical learning opportunities for children and young people who live in Wiltshire, and who is NOT an AssociateProvideror a School. Examples could be: private instrumental teachers, community bands and choirs, arts organisations who run education projects, youth organisations which include music projects in their provision.
We really appreciate your support with this. As a thank you for your time, we’re offering everyone who completes the survey a chance to win:
Family Ticket to WOMAD Charlton Park Festival near Malmesbury on 28th to 31st July 2016 (if survey is completed by noon on 14th July)
Money to spend on musical instruments and equipment: 1 x prize of £500 and 5 x prizes of £100 (if survey is completed by noon on 26th Sept).
The survey has 5 sections: it’s likely that not all sections will be relevant to your work – you’ll be able to skip past these.

Optional template for details of schools where you work
There are two ways you can complete this
1 Online at this link – but you can’t part-complete this and return to finish it later
2 Using a template document we have prepared which you can download in Excel (97-2003 format) here.
If you’re not used to working with spreadsheets, we think you’ll find the online version easier to complete, but we suggest that you download the template anyway so you can read all the questions before you start the online version.
