Join us for a FREE Virtual Networking Lunch with Founder of Enterprise Nation and co-founder of StartUp Britain, Emma Jones MBE, including an interactive Q&A via Twitter. Champion of small and start up businesses leading the national campaign to encourage more people to start a business and support existing businesses to grow. Between March 2011 and 2014, Emma led and managed the private sector campaign that facilitated mentoring, hosted Industry Weeks, toured the UK with entrepreneurs and experts, launched special projects such as PopUp Britain and had a critical role to play in record results of people becoming their own boss. Awarded an MBE for Services to Enterprise in 2013, in November 2015 Emma was appointed by David Cameron, the UK Prime Minister as a Business Ambassador with a focus on increasing international trade.  Emma is the best-selling author of the business books Spare Room StartUp, Working 5 to 9, Go Global, The StartUp Kit and Turn Your Talent Into a Business. Emma will talk about the hallenges and triumphs of starting and growing a business including references to her own business journey, as well as touching on her role as a Business Ambassador and her interest in international trade as an option for small businesses.
The live full day event (with workshops and a Business Support Market Place) is being held in Ludgershall on Thursday 25th February, but we aim to make our guest speaker’s presentation accessible to all by hosting Virtual Events at our other centres in Salisbury, Trowbridge and Royal Wootton Bassett.
