- Gain a good understanding of the key role of nutrition in health.
- Learn how to plan healthy and nutritious meals and cater for people with special diets (for cultural, religious, ethical or personal reasons).
- If you’re part of the Eat Out, Eat Well campaign, this training will help you achieve the Gold Award.
