Dance sessions for over 60s at Five Rivers

Dance sessions for people aged over 60 and living with dementia have been commissioned by the Salisbury Area Board as part of its priority to make Salisbury a dementia friendly community.  Professional dance coach, Rebecca Seymour, will lead the sessions, which consist of gentle movement, creativity, props and music with the aim to increase wellbeing through dance.

When:  Thursdays, 2.15 – 3.15 for six weeks
Starting 9 June 2016

Where:  Dance Studio, Five Rivers Health & Wellbeing Centre, Hulse Road, Salisbury, SP1 3NR

Cost:  £2 per session, care workers are free
