The “CV tune-up sessions” can be booked online via Eventbrite at Visitors are encouraged to bring their CVs along with them on the day or email them in advance to   Fleur de Rhe-Philipe, cabinet member for economic development and skills said: “This is an ideal opportunity for those looking to tidy up their CVs and those considering the advantages of being an apprentice or employing one, to have focussed discussions with the experts. Wiltshire has already seen the benefits apprenticeships can bring to both the employee and employer and I’d encourage people to come along and take advantage of the information available.”

The Wiltshire Apprenticeship campaign sees the council work in partnership with apprenticeship providers across the county including the Gloucestershire & Wiltshire Training Provider Network and the National Apprenticeship Service. Businesses are encouraged to sign up and take on an apprentice particularly focussing on inspiring learners to aim for advanced and higher apprenticeships.   The advice sessions are part of wider events taking place at Wiltshire-Council run leisure centres on the weekend of 15 and 16 October.
